This means you have the sole attention of the trainer, which is perfect for those looking for a more intimate setting and in need of a little extra attention to accomplish their fitness goals. How many sessions you have per week is up to you.

Work with a Certified Health Coach to monitor your eating habits. You will receive a nutritional game plan, as well as weekly check-ins to discuss YOUR progress. Adjustments will be made as needed.
Because MOTIVATION MATTERS! Our Fit1o1 bootcamps offer an excellent opportunity for you to meet new people, make friends, and experience a workout like no other. Our Certified, Personal Trainer-led bootcamps are designed for groups where we foster a supportive and motivating environment that pushes you to take it to the next level. Having others around you performing the same tasks helps motivate you to more personal records and victories. And we celebrate each victory with you! Begin where you are, and see what can be achieved!
Yoga improves everything! Our certified Yoga Instructors will show you the way to increase flexibility, muscle tone and strength, improve breathing, energy and vitality. Our instructors are mindful and pride themselves on providing you with cues, modifications and refinements as you go. You will learn and/or improve on a proper foundation where correct breathing and moving through smooth transitions are emphasized. Classes are 45 minutes in length. All levels are welcome.
