Brian is certified in Self-Defense and Krav-FIT (Functional Interval Training based on Krav Maga). He’s a boxing coach and practices Kali/Eskrima (stick and knife fighting). Brian’s purpose is empowerment through fitness and education, and believes resistance training in the gym prepares you for the inevitable obstacles that come with life.
